Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers residing in Switzerland.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. After submitting the form, you will promptly receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs that resulted if you selected a different form of delivery than the cheapest, standard delivery offered by us). The payments must be returned immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day when notification of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. When we refund payments, we use the same form of payment as chosen by you for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed with you. On no account will you be charged for this refund. We can refuse to refund the payment until we have received the goods or until you have produced evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case send or hand them back to us at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You keep within the time limit set for the cooling-off period if you send the goods before fourteen days have passed. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods. You must also pay the indirect costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel carriers, the current shipping costs of our forwarding agents apply.

You must only reimburse us for a loss in the value of the goods in the case that this loss in value is due to inappropriate handling of the goods in order to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods.

End of the cancellation policy

The right of cancellation does not apply to long-distance transactions

not concluded by us with consumers in line with §13 German Civil Code (BGB – Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be predominantly assigned neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
for the delivery of goods that are not ready-made and whose production is significantly based on an individual selection or instruction by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for returning owing to reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably combined with other goods after delivery owing to the nature of these goods.
